5-Spice Orange Bitters

Our award-winning Bluegrass Bitters™ 5-Spice Orange Bitters are a staple for a great bourbon cocktail. 

This bitters presents with a unique combination of orange citrus, that is balanced with a proprietary blend of spices including cardamom and caraway seed.  This combination provides a subtle spice complexity that appeals to bourbon aficionados and newbies alike.

The 5-Spice Orange Bitters plays well in a variety of drinks, including Old Fashioneds and Manhattans as well as various flavor-forward drinks like a bourbon punch or as a nice twist in a bourbon lemonade.  We recommend 2 droppers (about 1/4 tsp) for a regular-sized cocktail.  

These bitters go great with a Kentucky rye or a stronger Kentucky bourbon.  They are also great when paired with the Bluegrass Bitters™ Smoky Simple Syrup.
