Bluegrass Bitters™ Dark Cherry Bitters are our newest and most versatile bitters. Representing the fourth flavor profile and the third bitters flavor from Bluegrass Bitters™.  

The Bitters is fruit-forward with dark cherries, followed by warm baking spices and a slightly sweet finish. 

These work well in traditional cocktails like Old Fashioneds and Manhattans, as well as other flavor-forward drinks like bucks, sours, or bourbon punches.  

These bitters pair well with a slightly sweet bourbon or a traditional rye.  This bitters also complements our other flavors, including our Smoky Simple Syrup and our 5-Spice Orange Bitters.
